CYSEC Academy Corp Member Scholarship – Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the CYSEC Academy Corp Member Scholarship Program. By applying, applicants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
The scholarship is open exclusively to currently serving corps members in Nigeria (NYSC). Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable information during application process. CYSEC Academy reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage.
Scholarship Awards and Selection
A total of 100 scholarships will be awarded during the program period. Each month, 10 winners will be selected through a competitive screening process. Selection will be based on the quality of applications, performance in required tasks, and the quiz. All selection decisions made by CYSEC Academy are final and binding.
Application Requirements
Applicants must sign up on the CYSEC Academy website, join the official scholarship WhatsApp group for communication and updates, complete all assigned tasks including a video response, and pass the quiz assessment. Applications that do not meet these requirements will be considered invalid.
Program Benefits
Winners will receive a 100% scholarship covering 10 technical and management courses on CYSEC Academy. Each successfully completed course will earn the participant a Certificate of Completion. The scholarship is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Non-Winners
Applicants who are not awarded the scholarship can still access the courses at subsidized rates: ₦50,000 for all 10 courses, or ₦30,000 for any 5 courses of their choice.
Applicant Responsibilities
Scholarship recipients are expected to actively participate in the program and complete their courses within the stipulated timeline. Failure to engage with the learning program may lead to withdrawal of the scholarship. Recipients may be required to provide feedback or testimonials about their learning experience.
Publicity and Promotion
By applying, applicants consent to CYSEC Academy using their names, photos, video submissions, and testimonials for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes online and offline without further compensation. Selected clips from video submissions may be published on CYSEC Academy’s social media platforms.
Data Protection
Applicants’ personal information will be collected and used solely for the purposes of administering the scholarship and delivering the learning program. Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Rights of CYSEC Academy
CYSEC Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the scholarship program at any time without prior notice. A scholarship may be withheld or withdrawn if an applicant is found to have provided false information or violated these Terms and Conditions. All final decisions rest solely with CYSEC Academy.
Disclaimer
CYSEC Academy is not responsible for technical failures, delays, or disruptions in the application process, or for internet or device issues that prevent applicants from completing tasks or assessments. Participation in the scholarship does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between applicants and CYSEC Academy.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
